All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

• Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

• Training Courses: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment must be received before course commencement.

• Events: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking agreement.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch products within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns these items. This applies to mouth jewellery and digital courses. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information.
