All crystals come with one month guarantee. For gold and gemstones we have two month guarantee - the only thing you need to do is to bring the piece back in case it came off. If you lost the jewellery within the guarantee period you will have to pay for a replacement piece (gold and gemstones only). Further discount on big designs.
